Protecting Your Personal Information (Privacy Policy)

EDP is careful to protect the personal information of our students. We don’t share your private information, and we maintain an information security policy (privacy policy) in compliance with the Federal Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the Graham-Leach-Bliley Act.

How To Apply for Financial Aid

Withdrawal, Refund and Return to Title IV Policies 

These policies are applicable for students who withdraw or otherwise fail to complete their program of study at EDP.

Financial Aid Code of Ethics  

EDP has created a set of rules for our interactions with student loan lenders to ensure that our students are always given unbiased advice about utilizing education loan providers.

Citizenship & Voting  

EDP encourages students to be active participants in the American political system as part of being responsible members of their community. Further, each year the school celebrates “Constitution Day” on September 17 and offers activities to educate our students about the U.S. system of government and their role within it.

Complaints And Grievance Process

Students having a complaint or grievance with EDP should address their concerns to the School Director at 1601 Voorhies Ave. Brooklyn NY, 11235 718-332-6469.  If the student’s issue is not resolved after consultation with the School Director, the student may pursue further grievance procedures through either the NYSED-BPSS and/or the school’s accrediting commission.

Services to Students with Disabilities

EDP will make reasonable accommodations for students with disabilities.  It should be noted that due to the technical nature of our programs, some places within our facilities are not accessible to mobility-impaired persons. Further, students with disabilities must be physically able to complete the training program with reasonable accommodations.  Also, certain physical and intellectual abilities are bona fide occupational qualifications and thus certain disabilities might disqualify a student from any potential employment.
